Promo mechanics

1. Promo period is from November 16, 2021 to January 31, 2022.
2. The promo is open to all new and existing investors (retail individual/institution) who will invest in any of Manulife Investment Management Trust Corporation’s (Manulife IM (Philippines) Unit Investment Trust Fund (UITFs)   via Manulife iFunds within the promo period. Investments made by institutional accounts with segregated mandates and those made by bank channels are not qualified to the promo.
3. The qualified client (the “Client”) will receive PhP200 worth of Giftaway electronic gift card (eGift) for every PhP200,000 or USD4,000 net UITF subscription. The PhP200,000 or USD4,000 minimum net subscription requirement is on a per transaction basis and smaller subscription amounts will not be accumulated. To compute for the net UITF subscription, UITF redemptions made on the Client's UITF account/s within the promo period will be deducted from the Client’s UITF subscription.

       Client A:  Invested P3,000,000 on November 16, 2021

       Client A:  Redeemed P1,000,000 on December 10, 2021

        eGift Entitlement: PhP2,000

1. The Client may redeem up to a maximum of Php10,000 worth of eGift during the promo period.
   
2. Fund Switch from existing UITF investment is not qualified for the promo. 
3. Investments made in Manulife Money Market Fund are excluded in this promo.
4. By joining this promo, the Client agrees Manulife IM (Philippines) to collect and share his/her contact information for purposes of processing his/her eGift.
5. Qualified Client’s net subscription will be validated at the end of the promo period. The Client will be notified via his/her registered email of his/her free eGift entitlement in February 2022. In the event that the Client fails to receive the notification email, he/she can request for confirmation of his/her eGift entitlement through his/her Wealth Specialist.
6. The eGift will be sent by Giftaway to the Client’s email address and/or mobile number on record.
7. The eGift is not convertible to cash.
8. The Client’s net subscription entitled to the eGift must be outstanding at the time of prize redemption.
   
9. Terms and conditions on the use of Giftaway eGifts shall apply. Any concern pertaining to the use and validity of the free eGift shall be resolved by Giftaway. To view the list of participating Giftaway merchants, visit https://giftaway.ph/. 
   
10. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Manulife IM (Philippines) shall be final. Manulife IM (Philippines) reserves the right to dispute the eligibility of any claimed entitlement or participation in the promo in the event a redemption or reinvestment is established. All questions or disputes regarding the Client’ eligibility to the promo shall be resolved by Manulife IM (Philippines).
11. Manulife IM (Philippines) reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or suspend the promo at any time.
